Payment and Rates:

My Clinical Rate is $180-$210 per session

Private Pay: Miller-Edwardson Counseling, PLC offers private pay sessions. Many private pay clients utilize HSA or FSA spending.

Insurance: I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network.

Out-of-Network Insurance:

I provide monthly superbills to clients seeking out-of-network benefits.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your schedule session without a fee by contacting me 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. If a cancellation occurs without 24 hours notice or the appointment is no-showed you are liable for the full session fee. Insurance does not cover the cost of missed appointments.
